Pick the market that teaches your lecture.

A case is one market, set up to teach one thing. 56 ship with MMTrader: filter by level or asset class, or take them in a sequence by track. Open one to see who trades in it, how long it runs, and how many students it needs.

Cases

Ask for the case closest to your syllabus and we will set it up with you, then adjust it until it fits.

What changes from case to case

  • Different asset classesEquities, options, futures, rates, index, commodities, FX and experimental.
  • Different levels10 intro, 29 intermediate and 17 advanced.
  • Different session lengthsFrom 12 to 60 minutes.
  • Different trader rolesFrom 1 to 5 roles in a case, each with its own mandate.
  • Class sizes large and smallEach case states the size it is written for, and runs well past it — the platform is tested beyond 200. The largest we have run in a live lecture is 85, all in one market rather than split into parallel rooms.
  • Bots to fill out the sessionAdd them to any case for order flow. A class of six gets a book worth trading against, and you can practise without waiting for a room to fill.

Or write your own

You are not limited to the presets. Start from any of them, change what you need, and save the result as your own case.

  • Assets, and how many trade at once
  • Matching model and allowed order types
  • Position limits, fees and margin
  • What students can see while trading
  • How they are scored, or whether they are at all

Cases you write stay in your own library, listed next to the built-in ones.
